Unofficial Iwo Jima Memorial

Memorial to U.S. Marines who fought in the Battle of Iwo Jima:

A small, wooden board staked into the ground next to the flag-raising site on Mount Suribachi’s summit carries rank insignia and military devices visitors have left to pay homage to those who fought the battle.

The board can be found behind the American memorial.

Obummer's "Mission Accomplished" Fiasco

Remember when President Dubya landed on the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln and proclaimed,"Mission accomplished", referring to the supposed end of major combat operations in Iraq?

Remember how the liberal mainstream media mocked, vilified and derided a sitting president for this?

Yes, the announcement was premature and perhaps ill-thought out, but the derision, scorn and disrespect shown to a sitting president was unbelievable.

Well, now Barack Hussein Obummer has his own 'mission accomplished' moment:

Benghazi disaster has many parents-truth-an-orphan

Neither the president nor his secretary of state nor his then anti-terrorism adviser, John Brennan, had bothered to keep track of events in Benghazi.

Caught entirely unprepared by the resurgence of al-Qaeda elements, Obama was unwilling to concede that his “al-Qaeda is on its heels” was his “Mission Accomplished” moment.

He went into damage control at the expense of candor. The smokescreen was useful because, for the time being, it concealed gross incompetence and a misguided “lead from behind” approach to national security.

And how are the Mainstream Media morons treating Barack Hussein Obummer's incompetence?

With Derision?
Scorn?
Disrespect?

calls the Benghazi controversy a sideshow

A sideshow is an extra, secondary production associated with a circus, carnival, fair or other such attraction.

Even tho the Obummer administration is filled with clowns, there is nothing laughable about what happened in Benghazi.

I wonder if the families of Chris Stephens, Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty consider it a sideshow.

I wonder if they would describe their husbands'/ sons'/ fathers' / brothers' deaths as 'Not optimal' .
