Obummer's Latest Complaint

At a Denver (campaign) event, Barack Hussein Obama said, "...I wanna make sure that when she's working she is getting paid the same as men, I gotta say that First Ladies right now don't, even though that's a tough job!"

My favorite comment:
Well, that's a switch. We have MILLIONS of Americans who get paid but don't work. (mikehenrysc)

Here's an example of Moochelle's "tough job":

And get this: the 2 O'kids went along and were listed as Senior Advisors.

One wonders if Senior Advisors receive compensation?
Or is traveling on a giant private aircraft + meals + museums + a private safari compensation enough.
Moochie's mom, niece, nephew, make-up artist and hair stylist were also on board.

"This trip was as much an opportunity for the Obama family to go on a safari as it was a trip to conduct government business," said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. "This junket wasted tax dollars and the resources of our overextended military. No wonder we had to sue to pry loose this information."

An 18-year law-enforcement ICE agent is facing suspension.
For doing his job.

And it’s not the first time that ICE agents have found themselves frustrated by Obama’s new policy. Last month an illegal immigrant injured an officer during an attempted escape in El Paso. Assaulting a federal officer is considered a federal crime. However, because the suspect was not a priority target, he was released without any criminal or immigration charges.
“We can’t do anything anymore under these new guidelines,” he added.

As a result, he said, an 18-year law enforcement veteran has to pay the price — and somewhere in the nation, a 35-year-old illegal immigrant is driving on a roadway without a license.

“If a law enforcement officer can’t perform routine enforcement functions, what do we have a law enforcement agency for,” Crane wondered.

Words elude me ....

From Blackfive

In this day and age, we have a whole new crop of know-nothing celebrities who seem to revel in their ignorance and are happy to display it to everyone on a fairly routine basis.  Take Rosanne Barr (please!) for instance.  In a Twitter exchange with a Naval officer’s wife, she managed to quickly remove all doubt that she’s familiar with the concept of military service or what it means (or, more likely, is simply showing a side of her anti-military self) and even manages to make the point that she’s unfamiliar with the meaning of the words she uses.  Her misplaced condescension is classic.  It is the wife of the Naval officer who is entitled to be condescending with Barr, given Barr’s comment:

That’s right all you military types out there, you live off the dole.  You’re simply welfare recipients which the government dresses up like trees (or sand or pixels) and deploys to areas where apparently other welfare recipients take pot shots at you and try to kill you.

Wow, I’ve heard of welfare to work programs, but surely this isn’t what they mean is it?

So what do you do when one runs across gross ignorance from someone who thinks they’re both intelligent and well spoken?  OK, I said they “think” they are, I didn’t say a thing about that being true.

And there's more, but you get the gist.
