Barack Hussein Obama, Campaigner-in-Chief, is getting out of town.
Is it because of his new, lowest-ever, approval ratings?
According to the WH, it's to promote jobs and economic growth.
Obummer began a
re-election campaign tour of the Midwest by bus funded by the American taxpayer.
The tour will cover locations where Republican contenders for his job recently ran rampant in Iowa.
It will also avoid inner city areas.
I love this part: "With Americans showing historic levels of frustration with Washington, the president will try to feel their pain."
Will "TRY" to feel their pain.
BTW: the armored bus cost the American taxpayer an estimated $1.1 million plus and was made in Canada by Canadians.
So much for promoting jobs for Americans.
"The budget should be balanced, the Treasury should be refilled, public debt should be reduced, the arrogance of officialdom should be tempered and controlled, and the assistance to foreign lands should be curtailed lest Rome become bankrupt. People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance."
"I was to have been on QVC today to introduce my book, “Prime Time”, about aging and the life cycle. The network said they got a lot of calls yesterday criticizing me for my opposition to the Vietnam War and threatening to boycott the show if I was allowed to appear. I am, to say the least, deeply disappointed that QVC caved to this kind of insane pressure by some well funded and organized political extremist groups.
snip ... "Bottom line, this has gone on far too long, this spreading of lies about me! None of it is true. NONE OF IT! I love my country. I have never done anything to hurt my country or the men and women who have fought and continue to fight for us."
