Mickey Mouse Terrorism?

A recent Reuters photograph of Hugo Chavez:

"Apparently, Chavez is incensed and called the photograph an act of "terrorism".” - Michelle Malkin

Senor Chavez also has no sense of humor, fun or whimsy.

But then, not many dictatorial thugs do.
