Question:
"How secure does it make you feel to see this sobbing and senile old man with so much power in the Senate?"
Answer:    Not very.

Question:   So how does this senile old fool keep getting re-elected to the US Senate?

Answer:   Perhaps all those jokes about West Virginia have some merit.
