Global Warming has been good to Al Gore.

He's made a gazillion bucks through his Generation Investment Management company and various green companies and the carbon offset biz.

He won a Nobel Prize and an Oscar for his film, An Inconvenient Truth.

But lately the truth has become very incovenient for "the Goracle".

Global warming has gone from science to satire.

Mr. Gore has become conveniently absent.

This is how many U.S. scientists (including 9,000 PhDs) have signed a petition stating that

… "There is no convincing scientific evidence that human release of carbon dioxide, methane or other greenhouse gases is causing, or will cause in the future, catastrophic heating of the Earth’s atmosphere and disruption of the Earth’s climate..."

Al Gore's response?

He has labeled eminent theoretical physicist Freeman Dyson (one of the many distinguished signatories) and the other 31,071 scientists as 'members of the Flat Earth Society'.

So I guess Gore's degree in government trumps 31,072 degrees (mostly advanced) in science.
